Let's Talk.
Let’s Talk was created because Kirsten and Marian believe that at the core of a strong and resilient community are good communication skills and the ability to resolve disputes.
The team at Let’s Talk offer a range of services that focus on supporting productive conversations and communication. Each situation is assessed to determine what is the most appropriate approach to resolution, whether this is mediation, facilitation, restorative practice - or a combination of these.
Our clients range from parents wishing to create a Parenting Agreement, through to managers tasked with overseeing an event. What matters most to us is that the time spent communicating has been productive and positive for everyone involved.
Kirsten and Marian feel privileged to be trusted with supporting productive conversations and look forward to putting their skills to good advantage for the wellbeing all.

Our Services.
Mediation
Mediation is a flexible structured process where a third party supports disputing parties in resolving conflict through the use of specialised communication and negotiation techniques.
The Let’s Talk team will support you in resolving disputes through a facilitative and relational approach to conflict resolution. Parties are equipped to reach agreement that meets each parties’ core interests through conversation. Choosing Let’s Talk to mediate is an efficient, cost-effective alternative to a formal legal process.
Restorative Practice
Restorative practice is a broad term encompassing many restorative models. Restorative Practice works to improve and mend relationships between people and communities, where it has been determined there has been harm caused. The purpose is to build healthy communities, increase social capital and decrease crime and antisocial behaviour through the acknowledgement and repairing of harm.
Professional Supervision
Professional supervision is a positive and enabling process that offers the opportunity to bring an employee and a skilled supervisor together to reflect on work practice. It is the process by which a worker can review and evaluate their work through discussion, report and observation. Supervision aims to identify solutions to problems, improve practice and increase understanding of professional and clinical issues.
Coaching
Facilitation
A facilitator supports a group of people to work together better, understand their common objectives, and plan how to achieve these objectives during meetings or discussions. In doing so, the facilitator remains omni-partial meaning they do not take a particular position in the discussion.
The team at Let’s Talk:
- design and facilitate meetings of any scale
- facilitate training sessions and educational programs
- manage and/or MC your event
